The Artsy Leaf is a marketplace where you can sell your artisan wares to buyers who are advocates and supporters of the cannabis industry. Your artwork does not have to picture cannabis (but it sure can) and buyers don’t have to be consumers of cannabis – they only have to be advocates who are supportive of the industry.

Can I Sell CBD or CBD-Infused Products?
We are advocates of CBD and know how important this category is to makers and buyers. We accept CBD-infused topical products and require you to collect and provide the necessary documents to remain compliant.
The following additional product verification from CBD vendors is required:
- Certification that you will only list products that are bath, body, beauty, or oil related. At this time we do not allow flower, concentrate, or other ingestible CBD products to be sold.
- Third-party testing results for any of the products you plan to list in your shop (or that were used to infuse any of the products you plan to list).
- All CBD products listed on The Artsy Leaf are required to follow federal guidelines and contain no more than 0.30% THC.
What Can NOT Be Sold on The Artsy Leaf?

Alcohol, Tobacco & Drugs
Alcohol and drugs are prohibited for sale on The Artsy Leaf, including substances used for recreational and medicinal purposes, regardless of their legality. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Tobacco products, smokeable products, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid.
- Controlled substances, such as narcotics, marijuana, and steroids.
Weapons
Guns, knives, or items that may be used as a weapon, are not allowed for sale on The Artsy Leaf.
Items That Feature Discrimination, Hatred, or Racism
The Artsy Leaf is an online marketplace and community of like-minded individuals who enjoy diverse cannabis culture. Art by its nature is subjective, and what may offend one may not necessarily offend others. However, items that demean people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, disability, or sexual orientation (collectively, “protected groups”) are prohibited.
